Our policies

Collective Worship:

A Bible theme or story is usually the basis of our 20-minute presentation. This changes for every visit into school.
A song follows with signing which the children join in with great gusto.

Godly Play:

This is fairly new to this country.
It is based on the Montessori school of teaching, which, with its open questions, lets the children explore the stories of the Bible in their own way. It fits the 'awe and wonder' part of the curriculum very well.

RE Lessons:

The team can usually deliver on any topic you choose from the Christian section of the curriculum. The most popular topic is the question and answer session on what Christians believe.

Design technology:

Barbara makes the majority of our puppets and has put together a 'Blue Peter' type of presentation that shows clearly how a puppet is put together. This usually provokes lots of questions and at the end of the lesson the children can have a go at manipulation and lip-sync with small purpose built puppets.

Please remember we are a registered charity. If you would like to hold a fund raising event such as a non uniform day, we will put that money back into your school to use for our projects. This does not apply to assemblies.
